Laurent FIORE


In the early nineties, following a 2 year trip around the world, Laurent was drawn to the event & exhibition industry and joined the Reed Midem Organization Technical Team. In 1997, he accepted the position of Technical Director at The Button Communications / Eventures Group in Cannes France. There he developed the company's Technical and Strategy department dedicated to assisting show organizers and exhibitors at events in Europe. Laurent and his team were an integral part of the successful re-location of the 3GSM World Congress from Cannes to Barcelona in 2006 (1150 exhibition stands, 54000 visitors). Laurent has also been commissioned by established exhibition and conference organisers in the development of various international shows and exhibitions such as ILTM, WRC, WAF, DUBAI LYNX..., Laurent also initiated the concept called "Exhibit Footprint", an innovative service dedicated to promoting 'green policies and behaviour' within the industry. With more than 15 years experience and a solid international professional network and reputation, in 2009 he founded his own company, Beyond Exhibit.

Valérie ASTIER

Project Manager

After several years working in Cannes for The Button Communications Group / Eventures, a worldwide group specializing in exhibitions and events, she joined Beyond Exhibit. Being multi lingual and familiar with event industry specifications, technical constraints and solutions, she provides an excellent and dynamic "B2B" service to exhibitors and providers before, during and after an event. Valerie also organizes, manages and produces workshops, seminars and conferences for Beyond Exhibit.

Project Manager

Erwan spent several years working for a major international NGO, mainly in Africa, in charge of finance and the organization of social development projects. He then shifted his focus to the cultural events industry, working for the theatrical and cinematic department of The Cannes Film Festival for some 10 years. He joined the Eventures Group in 2007 and quickly became familiar with the event & exhibition industry. At Beyond Exhibit Erwan is responsible for providing specialised technical services to event organizers, as well as being in charge of on-line services and the accounts department.

Project manager

Olivia entered the event industry in the early 90’s as a Project manager for a famous international event agency in Cannes, working on world famous professional events at the Palais des Festivals and developping a large range of clients, to whom she was offering solutions to make their events successfull. Mid 2000’ she then jumped to real estate sector, becoming familiar with the specific french riviera market. Back to her first love in 2013, she joined the Beyond Exhibit team and is actually in charge with managing various projects for exhibitors and show organizers.

With a long experience in event industry as a freelance project manager, Florent joined Beyond Exhibit in 2013. Especially in charge with various projects at the event Cannes Lions, he fast became one of the team most valuable asset, thanks to his wide technical skills and his specific capabilities to always propose most efficient solutions to exhibitors.

Kevin SANS


After graduating, Kevin joined a « Design for Communication » program to be trained in advertising design and became familiar with the most famous and efficient Graphic & Design computer softwares. He started to build a diversified professional experience working with several companies in advertising communication. Interested in 3D design and attracted by the specificities of the events industry, he chose to improve his technical abilities and creative talents by joining the Beyond Exhibit team in 2012

Nicolas ZIAJKO


Nicolas initially graduated from Audencia business school in France, but his "educational heart" remains at the University if UNC at Chapel Hill in the USA, where he obtained a master degree in romance languages and linguistics. After moving to California, he taught French and mnemonics applied to foreign languages acquisition, within the structure he created. Back to France a few years later, he decided to turn a main passion to a great career and succesfully started to work as a free-lance videographer. Deeply involved in the event business, he regularly films for Beyond Exhibit and several others international companies. Constantly improving his technical skills and equipment, Nicolas is about to get his "ULM theoretical pilote certificate" in order to add video drones capacities in his toolbox.

Nouri ASMI

Logistic & on-site operations

After many years working for Button Communications Group /Eventures in Cannes, in charge of the computer networking and the whole logistic organization on the shows in which the group was involved, Nouri started his own business. Today, he is managing a 3000 sqm warehouse located 15mn from the Palais des Festivals, proposing efficient storage solutions for material & stands to international exhibitors coming to Cannes professional shows. Considered as the ultimate "Swiss army knife" capable of resolving most problems regarding exhibition logistic, Nouri regularly works with Beyond Exhibit, in charge of managing transport, storage, set-up and dismantle for organizers areas and various exhibition & special event spaces.
